The Industrial complex on manifacturing flour, semolina and macaroni, “The Sultan Macaroni” was set up on an area of 110.000 m2 by OKANISOT A.Ş. supported with Eximbank credit. It is possible to keep simultaneously 100 tons of wheat in a
silos.

| The factory is equipped with the Swiss “Buhler” machinery including a semolina mill manufacturing 200 tons of hard wheat per
day, 2 cutting and 1 macaroni line producing 3200 tons of macaroni per
month. Being a public company with a ready paid fund of 30.000.000 $, 400 workers are employed in the
factory. It was put into operation in 1996 as being the most modern factory in the
area. “Sultan” produces high standard macaroni with the latest technology and it has acquired vogue shortly making “Sultan” the leading brand in domestic and foreign market. High quality and ecologic Sultan
macaroni, manifactured by Kazakhstan’s hard wheat and produced by the best technology in the
world, is a leading global brand preffered by the Kazakh and neighbouring
states’ consumers. The factory has 3500 tons of
semolina, 600 tons of flour and 1000 tons of
whole-wheat production capacity per
month. In the factory 3200 tons of 1. class from A group macaroni are produced with more than 30 different varieties of thin and thick
macaroni.
Contributing to Kazakh economy, Sultan Macaroni is a sembolic brand in Kazakhstan and demanded by the Kazakh
consumers.
There is also an increasing interest for Sultan products in the countries as
Ukraine, Uzbekstan, Tajikstan,Turkmenistan,Afghanistan,Kyrgyzstan and Russia with its regions starting from Moscow to East
Siberia, where these products are exported
to.Sultan Macaroni is awarded the diploma “Grand Prize of
Kazakhstan” and “The Best Products of
Kazakhstan” in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Our firm, a head office of which is located in the former capital of
Kazakhstan, was set up for the distribution and sale of products under trade-marks “Sultan Macaroni” and “Sultan Confectionery”. After completing the creation of an infrastructure within a short period, it became a firm able to operate on the entire territory of
Kazakhstan.
“Sultan Marketing” currently operates in 11 regions of Kazakhstan and 7 countries. It possesses offices, transport, warehouses; employs whole traders and and distributors and comprises a commercial structure including 350 persons and has its disposal sufficiently large staff of distributers. Every week, “Sultan Marketing” distributes and visits to 17,000 sales points for selling efforts and uses covered warehouses’ premises with the total area of 8,700 sq. m. Since the date of its establishment, it has the relationship of export trade for its products to Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekstan, Tajikstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Azerbaijan.
With our professional staff who know the region well, “Sultan Marketing” is engaged in export and import and also in sale of not only products of our subsidiaries and branches but also products not belonging to our group of enterprises as well; and markets 36.000 tons of macaroni per year.Having branches in Almaty, Pavlador, Çimkent, Astana, Aktobe, Petropavlovsk, Karaganda, Kamenogorsk, Kustanay, Atrav, Uralsk, “Sultan Marketing” has %85 market share and
$35.000.000 of an annual turnover.

Our factory, established in the city of Petropavlovsk of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1998, was built by the construction firm “Okan Construction” on the territory with the total area of 40,000 sq. m including 10.000 sq. m of covered and 30,000 sq. m of an open area and manifactures biscuits, chocolate and wafers. There are 300 workers employed in the factory.
For producing biscuits with the state of art-technology, the factory applies the equipment of the firm “Van Der Pol” (Netherlands). In order to produce wafers, it uses the equipment of the firm “Rapido” (Germany). Chocolate coating is made with the help of the equipment of German firms “Lehman” and “Chocotech”. Products are packed utilizing the equipment of teh Spanish firm “Fesa” and the Italian firm “Otem”.
Demonstarting a large process in 2005, the Sultan Confectionary became a factory possessing the popular trade-mark and within 2005-2006 completed investemnts into the production of new products, namely marshmallows and wafers, providing the operation with a full capacity in a 24 hour working regime. Our confectionary currently has an assortmnet including 52 varieties of products.
All products are certified by the Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation quality standards. Until the end of 2006, factory processes o 30.000 tons of flour, 12.500 tons of sugar and 7000 tons of oil as raw materials of the total 50.000 tons of production. since the date of its establishments. Its contribution to the food sector and to the region is noticable.
Our product portfolio manifactured with the help of the confectionery equipments by the leading brands and using high technology under multi-auto conditions, made us the most wanted brand mainly in Kazakhstan and the neighbour
states’ markets.
